This Body Spa set contains the galvanic body spa machine, 1 body shaping gel, 1 dermatic effects, 1 body lufra, and 1 mist.
To use the galvanic body spa machine:
1. Apply the body shaping gel (blue tube) onto your body (arms, legs, stomach, chest, anywhere that would like to remove wrinkles, tighten the skin for that young look and feel!!)
2. Turn on the galvanic body spa machine and place the machine onto where you applied the body shaping gel, when the machine beeps, you may begin moving the machine along your spin in a circular motion.
3. Each cycle lasts for 5 minutes. We recommend to do the body spa machine 2-3 times (10-15 minutes) every 2 days.
4. Once the cycle is completed, remove the remaining gel from your body with a warm wet towel.
5. Last step is to use the dermatic effects (white tube), this does not require the spa machine, simply apply it onto the previously treated area and you will see the skin tighten, become more firm, and wrinkles will decrease!
